Help Shape What Comes Next ...

RECONPRO.FiT is launching its Founders pilot—and it starts with people like you.

You work hard in industrial distribution. We’re building a community that invests in you—your skills, your confidence, and your next opportunity.

Our learning experience starts with an 8-second idea, with deeper lessons, practical tools, and real-world scenarios to explore when you need them.

We’re looking for future Founders Club members who want to share their challenges, try new approaches, and help shape RECONPRO.FiT from the beginning—with lasting benefits in return.
